Solution’s Rapid Referral Program is designed for medical and other professional facilities to get your patient assessed and treated based on the urgency level you designate. 

HOW IT WORKS
Complete the referral form on this page. Select the urgency level of your referral.  Upload any relevant documentation you would like to include for the treating mental health professional. All information submitted is sent through our fully HIPAA compliance & HITRUST CSF certified system. Once you submit the form, your patient (or their responsible party) receives a confirmation email with who referred them, who we are, program information and what happens next.
