Sarah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals above the age of 12, couples and families. Sarah has experience working in in-home, school and outpatient settings.  Sarah works from a non-judgemental, collaborative, solution- focused and trauma informed perspective.
 

She has extensive experience and specializes in working with anxiety, childhood family of origin histories, difficulties with parenting, grief and loss and people healing from past abuse. She has over 10 years of experience in the marriage and family therapy field.
 

Sarah obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Norbert College and her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology/Argosy University.
